Privacy policy

Sa helps you stay safe and keep the people you trust informed. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

Sa is not emergency services

Sa does not contact police, fire or ambulance services, and it does not replace calling 911. If you are in danger, call 911.

What we collect

• Your account email address.
• Your name and phone number, and your home address if you add it.
• Names and phone numbers of the emergency contacts you add.
• Your precise location while Guardian Mode is on.
• Audio and video recordings made during Guardian Mode.
• Transcripts of those recordings.
• Your messages with Sa and Sa’s replies.

Why we collect it

Only to run Guardian Mode, to alert and update your contacts, and to provide Sa’s conversations, voice and safety check-ins.

Who processes your data

• Supabase — data storage and sign-in.
• Daily — live audio and video, and recordings.
• Anthropic — generating Sa’s responses.
• ElevenLabs — Sa’s voice and transcription.

These providers process data only to deliver their part of Sa. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. Sa’s public pages use no analytics.

How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically 30 days after a session. You can delete any session, or all of them, at any time in the app.

What your contacts see

Contacts can only see a session through a link you create when you start Guardian Mode. You can make a finished session private, which stops those links working.

Deleting your account

You can download your account data, sessions, transcripts and location trails from Settings or the deletion page. Saved recordings can be downloaded separately before you delete your account.

Use Delete my account in Settings. It removes your recordings, sessions, contacts, messages and profile immediately. You can also email support@siren.global.

Children

Sa is not for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect their data; contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and tell you in the app.
