How does Guardian Mode work?
Start Guardian Mode and Sa records audio (and video when available), shares your live location with your Circle, and checks in with you out loud. End the session any time; it’s saved to Sessions.
What do my contacts see?
Through the link you send when a session starts, they see your name, live location, video or audio, Sa’s safety status and a live transcript. They can call you or 911 from the page.
How long are recordings kept?
30 days. After that, recordings, transcripts and location trails are deleted automatically.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a single session from Sessions, everything from Settings → Delete all sessions, or your whole account from Delete my account.
How do I invite contacts?
Open Circle, add a contact, then tap Invite to send them a link by text or any messaging app.
Siri doesn’t respond. What should I do?
Open Sa and tap Guardian Mode directly. Check that Siri is on in your iPhone settings, that the Sa shortcut is added, and try the exact phrase again. In an emergency, call 911 — don’t wait for Siri.
